How much does shipping cost?
Website orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $9.95. There are no product exclusions. These offers do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or destinations outside the contiguous U.S. Expedited shipping costs extra. Is there a minimum order?
No—there is no minimum order amount. The $100 minimum applies only to free shipping on website orders.
When will my order ship?
In-stock orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Central Time ship the same business day. Most orders arrive in 1–3 business days, or up to 4 business days for the West Coast. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.
What happens if an item is backordered?
An out-of-stock item may ship directly from the manufacturer. We will notify you of the estimated delivery time, and this will not change your shipping cost. If you have a project deadline, contact us before ordering to check availability.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is collected where required by law. Eligible resale or other exempt purchases may qualify for tax exemption with valid documentation. If tax is not collected at checkout, you may still be responsible for use tax in your state.
How do I submit a Minnesota tax-exemption certificate?
If you are a Minnesota customer with a qualifying exemption, email your completed exemption form to support@mpcsupply.com. We will review it and update your account. If you have already ordered, include your order number so we can credit back any applicable tax charged on qualifying purchases. Visit our MN Tax Exempt page for the Minnesota certificate.
What is your return policy?
Our standard return window is 30 days. Eligible items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Sale items are not returnable. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges.

Can I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellations requested before shipment may be subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee. See our Return & Cancellation Policy.
